Adult Group Lessons - July & August 2025

Welcome to St George’s 2025 Adult Programs! Coach Saty has put together a mix of lessons that offer something for everyone – new players, 2.0-4.0 level players, and players who just want fun and exercise.
Adult Programs in July and August
Try Tennis/Beginner lessons (maximum 12) - Mondays
Time: 6:00-7:00pm
Cost: member = $120.00 + HST; non-member add-on = $60.00 + HST
Mondays (July session starts July 7; August session starts August 11 with an additional time in lieu of Natal Day)
Intermediate/Advanced Class (maximum 12) - Mondays
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED CLASS: Build Your Game Smarter! This class is designed for players rated 2.0 to 3.0 who are ready to think more strategically on the court. You’ll develop the skills to build points with confidence, apply smart patterns of play. Each session focuses on a specific theme—whether it’s court positioning, shot selection, or rally control—using a combination of live-ball drills and targeted dead-ball feeding to reinforce key techniques. You’ll finish with point play to put everything into action. You’ll enjoy focused coaching, meaningful reps, and plenty of time to grow your game.
Time: 7:00-8:00pm

Live Ball/Feeding Frenzy/Cardio Tennis/Shot of the Day (maximum 12) - Thursdays
Live Ball added! Looking to sharpen your Singles or doubles game in a match-like setting? Live Ball is a fun, coach-led session packed with point-play drills that simulate real-game scenarios. It’s high-energy, competitive, and perfect for players who want to improve their instincts and strategy on the fly. It’s open to players rated 2.0 and above. Register and pay by selecting a session below. Your registration is not complete until you check-out and pay online.
